Entering a market is difficult and the choice of a professional partner is key. Vietnam is a fragmented market with little or no visibility. We help you increase productivity by taking care of the non value-added but indispensable admin tasks.

Need help for a lease contracts or have a question about your business? Just ask, we will not charge you. We believe this is the correct approach to help our Clients. We help build your business because our success is where yours is.

Ethics & Philosophy

We will not bring you somewhere unless we are 100% certain it is safe. We work for our Clients, they are everything to us. Their interest comes first. When two or more options are available to us, we always present both options our Clients and they decide which one to go for taking into account the risks and rewards previously explained. Ethics are with us in everything we do, everything we write and everything we say.

All about reactivity

Time is money. Sometimes being late just one day for a request for proposal can make you lose your bid. That is why we believe in response time. Our team of experts will support you within minutes 24/7 anytime of the year. Chat, email or phone call, we do it all. Not convinced ? Request a video/conference call, an expert will be around to answer all your questions. And yes it is free.

◙ What is accounting ?

Accounting is the process of recording financial transactions pertaining to a business. The accounting process includes summarizing, analyzing, and reporting these transactions to oversight agencies, regulators, and tax collection entities. The financial statements used in accounting are a concise summary of financial transactions over an accounting period, summarizing a company's operations, financial position, and cash flows.
Accounting is one of the key functions for almost any business. It may be handled by a bookkeeper or an accountant at a small firm, or by sizable finance departments with dozens of employees at larger companies. The reports generated by various streams of accounting, such as cost accounting and managerial accounting, are invaluable in helping management make informed business decisions.
◙ What is a corporate secretary?

The breadth and importance of the role of the Company Secretary has increased markedly over the past five years. It is a unique role as the Company Secretary is often neither part of “line management” nor a member of the Board itself. There are endeavours to move the profession beyond that of being the “administrative servant of the board” to one which encompasses the broader role of “board advisor”.
Within any organization, a Corporate Secretary’s duties include ensuring the integrity of the governance framework, being responsible for the efficient administration of a company, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and implementing decisions made by the Board of Directors. The Corporate Secretary also retains and organizes all of the corporation’s significant documents as well as records; some of these might include its business licenses, sub-licenses, compliance paperwork, stock transfers, proxy statements, shareholder correspondence and contracts.
◙ What is company incorporation ?

Incorporation is the legal process used to form a corporate entity or company. A corporation is the resulting legal entity that separates the firm's assets and income from its owners and investors. Corporations can be created in Vietnam with the "Limited (Ltd.)" in their names. It is the process of legally declaring a corporate entity as separate from its owners. There are several others company types but mostly, investors will go for the LLC while establishing their activities in Vietnam for its simplicity.
Incorporation is the way that a business is formally organized and officially brought into existence. The process of incorporation involves writing up a document known as the articles of incorporation and enumerating the firm's shareholders. In a corporation, the assets and cash flows of the business entity are kept separate from those of the owners and investors, which is called limited liability. The procedures in Vietnam are easy, one must say that the Vietnamese Government has been simplifying the procedures very much for foreigners to invest in Vietnam.
